Founded by Crystal, a seasoned real estate investor, flipper, and home renovation expert, Firefly & Oak was born from a passion for timeless home design and soulful, strategic spaces. Our projects are not just stunning—they’re thoughtfully created to last, grounded in strong bones and personal character.

Meet Maegan
Maegan is the magic behind the scenes — the kind of right-hand woman you didn’t know you needed but couldn’t possibly live without. As our Executive Operations & Design Assistant, Maegan wears many hats (and wears them well). From managing admin tasks, tracking deadlines, and coordinating logistics, to helping with design choices, vendor communication, and the occasional online shopping spree for the perfect rug — she does it all with calm efficiency and a sparkle of joy. a background in personal and executive support, Maegan brings a rare mix of organization, intuition, and style. She’s the reason our calendars stay in sync, the bills get paid, the emails answered, and the chaos turned into color-coded order. She’s not just about checklists — she brings heart, creativity, and genuine care to everything she touches.
Outside the office, Maegan is a proud mama to two amazing daughters who inspire her daily and keep her on her toes. She’s also a style enthusiast who sees shopping as both an art and a science (and we happily benefit from her impeccable taste).
Maegan is truly the glue that holds everything together — with grace, grit, and a whole lot of talent.
